Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 1 day of the delivery of the service or digital model.
- Refunds are only applicable for services or digital products that do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if there is a failure in delivery.
- Custom services such as Customize Model or exclusive digital models are not eligible for refunds once the final product has been delivered and approved.
2. Non-refundable Products
The following products are non-refundable:
- Fully customized digital models.
- Completed campaigns or AI videos that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.
- Any service that has been initiated and worked upon as per the client’s request.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for services that have not been fully delivered or for minor issues that have been mutually agreed upon. These cases will be reviewed individually.
4. Product Use After Refund
If a refund is granted, the client no longer holds the right to use the refunded digital products, including any images, videos, or models provided. Any use of the refunded content after a refund has been processed is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Returns
Since our products are digital, there is no need for physical returns. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns regarding the quality of the delivered service.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and provide a response, either approving the refund, requesting more information, or denying the refund with a valid reason.
Processing Refunds
Once your refund is approved:
- A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
- If you do not see the refund within this period, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
